******RULE CHANGES******

* Head guards are permitted by all non senior males and all females. They

must be of the soft material, no hard plastic ear protectors or straps, and

defintely no metal fastenings.

* Head guards are now compulsory for international events.

* Only one leg lace action can be executed at a time to reduce injury to the

defensive wrestler.
