 Vida Viva in
the UK - Proclaiming Jesus with Art
Vida Viva means Living Life in Portuguese, and it expresses
well the vibrancy and passion coming from this group of young dancers and players. The 2
weeks they spent in the UK left a balance of people saved, lives transformed, and many
with a new motivation for the beautiful love the Father has for us.
They belong to Sal da Terra church in Uberlandia. The group
started through Paula and Kelen, who were professional dancers when they became
Christians. Flavia is the leader of the drama group. Her magnificent performance of the
lost son caused many tears from so many eyes, touched by the love of the Father.
 |
| In Swansea (Wales) the work of
the group oppened a door for a weekly visit of the local church to the school, to speak to
the children |
Streets, church buildings, schools and theatres were the
places where they performed. They had a little of trouble in front of the Windsor Palace,
when a policeman came shouting: You don't speak about Jesus here! but after some talk,
everything was ok.
If you are in our email list (to subscribe send email to
marcos@gonations.nwnet.co.uk) we will keep you update about their next visit to Europe in
1998.
