In the beginning of this year ('98) CNN broadcasted a one-week T.V. series called 'Brazil - A Giant Awakes', about the many positive transformations the country has being going through.  After 3 years with very low inflation rate, Brazil is now attracting new foreign investments, resulting in more jobs and  social improvements.

This new social order cannot be disconnected from what has been going on in the spiritual spheres: In the last 20 years the Brazilian born-again population grew from less than 5 million to almost 20 million people.

The graphic below shows the government's figures for the growth of the church from 1980 to 1991, and the projection until year 2,000.

Overflowing love amongst the believers, a deepening of relationships and a radical determination to share this love with every unbeliever are present trademarks of the Brazilian Church.

Go to the Nations Link is one of the many missionaries movements born in Brazil as a result of the growth of the Church there. Our vision is to co-operate in the process of reviving the Church in Europe and to establish partnerships to send missionaries to other nations.
