Alan & Enilce, Alissa, Micaela and Elber

From Brazil to the UK, from the UK to Germany. Alan and Enilce came to England to spend 2 years with CLC in Hereford (www.herefordshire.com/christian-life/) and from there to go to Germany as missionaries. They are now moving, and it is wonderful that this is happening through a partnership between Alan's church in Brazil and CLC in Hereford . This is exactly what Go to the Nations vision is about, and we are encouraged with this new step being taken. This is Alan's own testimony:

It's almost two years that we have been working with CLC(Christian Life Centre) in Hereford/England. And it has been a wonderful experience and friendship for us as a Brazilian family.

We came here, two years ago, to learn English, to develop the "involvement with another culture", and to try a "new way" to do missions - that is, local churches from different nations, working together to send missionaries to different places around the world. It means partnership, relationship, friendship, confidence in God and also in each other, responsibility, and many other characteristics of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

We believe that we have been reaching the target together, because it's impossible to do it alone. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Now we have the "model" completed: Ninth Presbyterian Church of Belo Horizonte + Go To The Nations Ministry + CLC(Christian Life Centre), and this partnership-link is sending our family to Germany, like "an arm" of these three, reaching people for the Kingdom of God, in the Name of Jesus Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit. "...when brothers live together in unity... there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life for evermore." (Psalm 133:1b and 3b)

CLC has been with us since the beginning of 1996 and will continue in this great vision to do missions while we are in Germany. We are sure about that! Not only because of our friendship, relationship and family links, but specially because this local community has mission in its heart... they have also been involved in missions in China, India and Malawi, not only by praying and sharing financially, but with such an involvement that they make themselves part of the families there.

We'll go on the 18th of February (Wednesday), but on the Sunday before (15th of February) there will be a "Mission Sending Service" to bless our family on our going. We'll have here all the representatives from: Ninth Presbyterian; GTN; CLC; AIM(Area Impact Ministries in Hereford); many other brothers and friends from the UK, including of course two representatives from Germany (Aachen). Praise the Lord! You are invited to pray with us on this important matter -
