On this site you will find links to pages where you can download scripts, bots etc., specifically created for Pirch.   Lots of mIRC users have moved over to Pirch98 for its user friendliness, and its nice look.  It is a nice one to start off with, as it is so easy to use.

btn0214q.gif (1890 bytes)   Virc  This is a fairly new client, but is growing in popularity.  It has the added benefit of allowing people to speak to eachother via microphones, but this is only acheived when both parties are running Virc.  A word of warning with this one, it really takes up quite a bit of memory, so you need to have more than 8 megs to run it well.

btn0214q.gif (1890 bytes)  ICQ  (I seek you) isn't really a client for IRC, but is a very good way to keep in touch with your friends on the internet.  ICQ allows you to see if your friends are online.  You can send messages, have a chat, send files and much more with this program.  It is well worth downloading.

Which ever one of the clients you decide to download, I hope that you will have many hours of fun chatting and making new friends, and don't forget to come and chat with me sometime.
