THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY 96 LIVERPOOL FANS WHO LOST THEIR LIVES AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE TRAGEDY AT THE F.A. CUP SEMI-FINAL, AGAINST LIVERPOOL AND NOTTINGHAM FOREST AT HILLSBOROUGH, 15th APRIL 1989
96 innocent people died because of a mistakes made by the police and
emergency services on that day. No one has been officially held responsible for
the tragedy, and the families still do not know the full details of what happened that
day, thanks to various cover ups, by the police. Jack Straw has said that
although there are questions still to be answered, there will be no new enquiry held into
the events of that tragic day.
